Terms of Services

All you need to know for order commission from me. By ordering commission from me you confirm that you had read and agree with my ToS.

Accepting commission

-For order commission you must be at least 18 years old
-I have right to refuse any commission without explanation
-For commission of specific character you need reference sheet with at least 2 views 
-For order commission pleace contact me via contact form whith your idea/artistic liberty piece and reference sheet of your character
-If a commission needs to be finished on a specific date let me know about it and I will tell you if it is doable for me in that time, a priority fee will be charged. 
-I draw in my free time between working on my fursuit commissions so please do not rush me with work except I accept you a rush order

Payment

-I accept Paypal and will send you an invoice after accepting commission
-I require full payment in front before I start work on your project
-On commissons bigger than sketch I can send sketch for approval and then send invoice 
-My prices are in euro

Changes

-I will send you sketch for approval before coloring
-Minor changes can be done in this phase, you can send me list of changes you want make, first modification is free of charge, another will be charged
-If you did not specify exact pose you want for your commission piece and change your mind and will want completelly change it after finishing sketch, extra fee will be charged

Rights

After a commission is paid, rights apply according to the CC-BY-NC-ND license.
-You can use my work for personal use

-You will get two versions of your commission, one in large resolution for your personal use and one version in smaller resolution with link to my website for sharing (personal use means icon, wallpapers etc.)
-The customer is not allowed to modify my work in any matter (especially removing my copyright etc.) and share it.
-The customer is not allowed to use my work commercially, for commercial artwork ask me first 

-For commercial use of my artwork contact me

Cancelation of commission and refunds

-Unpaid commission can be canceled at any time

-If you cancel a paid commission before I start working on it, you get all money back.
-If you cancel a paid commission after I started working on it, I retain right to decide how much will be returned.
-I retain rights to cancel the commission at any time, especially in case of you not
communicating with me or in case of other inappropriate behavior.
